Review: Pacifica x Target: Power of Love Lipstick & Eyeshadow Trio
Pacifica recently launched a new collection at Target. Pacifica is cruelty-free, vegan, and natural. And look at that gorgeous packaging! Here, I review one of the new lipsticks and the eye shadow trio.

Medium pigmentation.
Good for a simple wash of color.
Even though these aren't super pigmented, the ingredients are great. Natural pressed eyeshadows are rare and this is available at Target which is amazing!
I've had no problems with it yet and am happy with my purchase :)

I was very excited to try this because Pacifica's lipsticks are some of the most affordable dye free (free of FD&C color) lipsticks that I can find. I love their Devocean Lipstick in Firebird and was eagerly checking my Target for weeks for the new line.
Unfortunately, I am disappointed in this color. I was hoping for a bright coral, but on my lips it looks like a pale bright pink.
Also, it accentuates dry patches, which surprised me because I don't have this problem with my Devocean one. Because of this, it makes the lipstick hard for me to work with — I can't just easily swipe it on — and so I think I regret buying it. I'm not sure if it's just this color that has the problem or the whole Power of Love line because I have heard good things about the other two colors.
Recommend? No. The other two colors - Nudie Red (mauve) and Super Love (red) might be worth checking out, though!

Overall
I am not completely blown away by these products, but considering Pacifica as a brand, I think their ingredients, price point, and availability definitely warrant trying them out!
